It sure took longer than usual. They did spend a long time figuring out how to install wiper.bladea on a car that ,. otherwise had service completed. "Tim" tried to make the best of it , but, he knew it was going extra slow. I will give them another chance for quality service because in the past they have given me great service.

Everything thing is explained, step by step as the service is performed. Various things are offered as the service is performed, but nothing is forced upon the customer. Friendly service, and at a reasonable fee. All of my vehicles have had oil changes there.

Great Service. I was greeted right away and from there it just got better. Very Professional and well trained staff. I was briefed the entire visit on the process and was in and out in about 35 minutes. I highly recommend this facility for your Oil Change needs.

Great customer service. The process could be a little faster for customers not needing all the other services. Having to wait in the same line as the customers having coolant flushes , transmission fluid serviced make the process take at least twice as long as expected.

I love that while in line, they come to check on you by offering a drink! Best time I've had getting my car serviced! I knew that my engine air filter would need to be replaced and that they would show it to me and want to sell me one of theirs. So I bought my own and brought it with me. They willingly put it in for me.

I stayed in the vehicle to complete service with free beverage. Oil change, cabin filter with oil and gas addative. Service complete in 45min +/-. Crew very professional with recommendations for additional services, no pressure. I have been using this shop for about 8yrs.

From the time I pulled up until I left, everyone was very professional and also very nice. They checked all fluid levels on my vehicle, as well as lubricating the door hinges and locks. They also checked all my lights to make sure they were working. They offered oil and gas additives without being pushy about it. The one thing I didn't care for was the way the, I guess it was a manager, talked to one of the employees.

Service is always excellent at Sierra Lube Express! In this day and age it is nice to see a place where all the employees are so respectful to their customers. I went in mid morning on a Sat so there was a very long line. I knew there would be a bit of a wait. While I was waiting, I was offered bottled water on 3 occasions. I really like the fact that customers stay in their cars since covid started.

I've mostly switched to performing the work myself, but when I don't, Havoline (formerly Sierra) is the place to go. They aren't as cheap as others, but you can definitely rest easy it's all done correctly, better than the dealer. They won't lie to you, they wont bs you, they'll catch things that no other oil change will catch, they'll use proper torque settings. Pay the few bucks more and make sure it's done right.
