I always take my truck here and get great service but this time they fell a little short in my opinion. I came at my appointment time for my oil change. But I ended up waiting over 3 hours! I wish they would have communicated the delay from the start and given me an opportunity to reschedule. I understand that they were short-staffed 2 technicians but was only told that after waiting 2 hours and told it would be another hour at least. I was offered a ride home but don't live close so I decided to wait. They forgot to replace the old sticker with a new updated one. I will be back but this experience was not good.
