I was denied service due to a pending legal case with my leased vehicle. I shouldn't have said anything but I am transparent. The staff also posts fake reviews. They lied that the dealer across the road doesn't take the credit. I found out they DO and flipped off the salesman Ethan, he then said he'd tow my car off their property.

Sales team was very unorganized and did not return test messages after being told car was available and filled out all the paper work. Then was told via text someone had already put a down payment on the car. Finished off by saying at least we didn't run your paper work. would not recommend using David or Andrew or even this dealership...if you can avoid run from them.

Mike was very cordial and obliging before, when I returned from test drive and I wasnt interested in purchasing the vehicle he treated me as if I was more of a nuisance! I wanted to ask questions on another vehicle and he ignored me and acted as if I offended him.

Terrible! Did not honor, nor even address my requests. Delayed response after I had been down in the area of the dealer. 609mi. From my home, and Charges a $900 "delivery fee" which is unacceptable at any price. Being a dealer I know that all fees are built into a price except tax and licensing.

I did not like the response I received over the phone. I asked questions about the vehicle and after getting my answer it was suggested that I can do this or that with the vehicle. You can save money by doing this. It was not about what I wanted, but what he wanted. It was not what I was looking for. As a result I looked somewhere else for a vehicle. I found what I was looking for and it was not at Premier.

I recently purchased a 2002 Lexus RX300 from this dealership. The gentleman, JJ was accommodating, he reduced some fees and we were good. I drove the car home and the next day, the power steering fluid reservoir was leaking. The VA inspection showed it passed inspection. Someone, the dealership or inspection station should have noticed the problem. Anyway, vehicle bought as is, is exactly what we get. BE AWARE!!!

They didn't answer any of my phone calls or call me back. So I drove 4 hrs to get there and had to ask someone to wait on me. Then after I drove a car that I didn't go to look at because it was not taken off of the carfax site and sense they never called me or text directly I only looked at what they had closest to what I was looking for. Then when I ask about price I was told the price advertised on carfax wasn't the price. I was told the price was only to get me to think I would have the tax credit taken off of the advertised price, when really it would be added on to the advertised price. What a scam to draw me in. 8 hrs of driving round trip. I thought this is false advertisement.
