I appreciate having the valet service pick up and deliver my car. I appreciate the attention Mike paid to what I needed and the response of the technician to complete the work promptly. Unfortunately, the noise on the front right passenger side is still there, so the problem is not resolved. I'm not sure how to resolve it, but whatever it is, it will have to wait.

I sat there for 4 hrs for them to do .7 of hour work. When I finally got my vehicle back it had over inch of snow on it. This tells me it was done and was sitting outside for over an hour. They care absolutely nothing about the costumers time. Would not recommend bringing your vehicle there for service.

The more sales and profit are the name of the upsell game at the Ford Service location in Grand Haven, Michigan. Don't spend money until you get a second opinion. I paid $128 for a service at Ford: that was free from a tire center. Also, I would have paid the Ford service department an est. of $1000.00 for an unnecessary labor/product.

Very disappointed. My car door on my 2020 is not aligned right and when I took it here to get fixed they pretty much called me crazy and said there was nothing wrong with it. I took it to Barber Ford in holland and they fixed it for me and saw the alignment issue right away. (The front of the door was literally at least a quarter inch away from where it should be) great job preferred, telling me Im crazy.

Excellent service again. Needed some emergency repairs done and they were very accommodating. Had a seized up caliper and they took great care of it. Pricing was in line and I had a 25% off loyalty coupon that really made the difference. I really like that they report my service records to CARFAX and I can manage my service needs through the Carfax Car Care app. Thank you Preferred!

This time around Preferred Ford went above and beyond to get my vehicle in and provide a curiosity ride to and from. My back brake and tie rod were replaced and the work was done in a timely manner with good workmanship from what I can tell. My service provider, Don, kept me updated and was very polite and courteous.

I went in for an oil change and to have my sunroof serviced. The representative never bothered to find out whether I had a warranty, he basically told me to the cost to check it and told me he couldn't guarantee that the $100 for diagnosing the problem would go towards my service and recommended me to another service center near my home that may a little cheaper (which I did appreciate that).
