Great Receptionist. Very nice. Communicates very professionally. The shop did the work as I had asked. Beyond that, they diagnosed a transmission problem I thought was a frontend/tire issue. Unfortunately, they don't accept CarShield warranty so they couldn't do the work. But very satisfied with the overall work.

The transmission was replaced and axle shaft was replaced thats what the receipt says. Car still doing the same thing it was when I took it there not to mention They had the car for 30 days. Disconnected my window wipers did not put engine cover back just layed it on top. How would you like me to rate that.

Not at all happy, they dint identify the problem is first diagnostics and informed its just a fuse problem and then eventually after installing the fuse the issue dint resolve so kept the vehicle second day, did the diagnostics again and charged me for both the diagnostics and informed the issue was with compressor...i had to pay $90+$90 for both the diagnostics, wouldnt recommend anyone about this store.
