They always let me use the discount if they're offering one they let me know what services need to be taken care of and they do a great job if I choose to have the extra service or do not they treat me great. Very experienced and honest about what is NEEDED to be fixed/repaired and also what you can repair or replace if wanted but not needed. Very nice and explained everything going on in detail even face timed me showing me events as they happened. Sam knows what hes doing with sports cars. These guys didn't secure my oil filter when doing a regular oil change. My car died because the engine seized. They replaced the engine with a used engine and this required 8 days with no rental car supplied. After I got my repaired car, I now have a 10 inch crack on the bottom of the driver's side windshield and my right front bumper is detached. I will never go to them again,

Do not go here! They are not a reputable shop at all! They mess up your car and don't fix it ! I went in for a simple oil change and left with it leaking coolant! Brought it back and was told there was no leak! Took it to big o tires the next day they found a leak! Big o tires in Murray for the win!

friendly customer service and finished work in a timely manner, my only negative complaint was being charged for shop supplies because I think it is up to the business to provide this for their employees and it is a part or running your business, list these fees in with your coupon and don't try to sneak it in the end when customer is paying

They now have a gal at the front desk which is nice so the guys in the shop don't have to keep an eye on the front desk and answer the phone!
I was told they check all fluid levels - I assumed ths filled them - but I have two reservoirs that I can see that were not filled. I was charged for shop supplies I'm not sure what they are.
