Person was very friendly who took my appointment and helped with the oil change process. Only reason I'm giving it a 4 versus a 5 is that I thought it was a bit steep to charge $20 extra for extra oil as I'm used to paying extra for that but more like $5-$10.

I had to get a tire patched. Simple thing for a shop and not a money maker. But was a big deal for me. Leif took care of it right away for me. I brought in the tire to drop it off and he said he could do it right away and even re-mount it for me. I was back on the road in 15 minutes. I'd certainly use them again!

I recently brought in my car to replace the alternator. He told me very clearly that I would be receiving a brand new alternator at an agreed upon price. He strongly emphasized it wouldn't be a refurbished or remanufactured part. However, upon picking up my car, I saw on my receipt that it was a remanufactured alternator, and I was still charged the previously agreed upon price for a new one.

His demeanor was dry but efficient in getting what we came for wasn't friendly until it was time to go. Just had an oil change was easy to get booked for versus oakdale store where one has to make an appointment at least two to three weeks out. Here we where able to secure a spot in just a few days. Theres not a team of mechanics that you can trust to work on your vehicle than th set at the Larpentuer Precision Tune. I entrust these guys with my 2012 Fiat! The quality for the price is unbeatable! My little 10 year old car feels brand new. The list of regular maintenance theyve done for me is extensive. These folks go above and beyond with mechanical inspections and can perform your cars complex repairs flawlessly!

Robert, at the front counter, was great. Had major servicing that was needed. He explained the situation and took me into the service bay to inspect what we were discussing then presented me with my options. No pressure. No rush.
The service was completed early and it all worked out great. My car was even kept inside overnight.
Can't say enough about Robert.

Running around busy I accidentally showed up an hour early and they were able to fit me right in. They explained everything before hand and during gave me call about what needed to be done. They explained everything in a way that was educational as opposed to condescending. They were able to work on pricing and gave me a reasonable estimate.

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Alen went above and beyond to explain the service, cost and priority of the repairs needed. The price was fair and upfront and I was offered advice on how to reduce and prioritize some costly repairs. Jason is the reason that I go to this specific store on Laurpenter Ave, Roseville. Not all stores are equal so be careful when choosing which Precision Tune you will go to. Jason is honest, dedicated, kind, and extremely hard working! Worth the extra drive even after we moved further away.
