They are always incredibly reasonable and have never once gouged me to increase the prices. It's my go-to for any car trouble I have. They are incredibly honest and thorough. I once brought my car in and they told me they could fix it for over 1K or I could just take it in to the dealer as there was a recall on the part and it would cost me nothing. What other auto repair would do that? I won't go anywhere else!

I had a noise when backing up, went to Precision Tune about two hours before they were to close; they quickly analyzed and found where the noise came from. They replaced my brake pads and a few other parts on the brake system, my car is back in good working order. Thanks team!

My car battery light came on and my car shut off. I got it to precision tune, they pulled it in the garage and quickly analyzed the problem. The alternator wasn't charging and the battery was also failing to keep a charge. They ordered an alternator and replaced both within two hours. My vehicle is running just fine. They found a major repair and took care of it but the simple repair that I had requested was not taken care of. I am a little disappointed. I will continue to use Precision Tune but I will check more carefully for all requested repairs before I pay from now on.

Friendly people great customer service. Stopped by to see if they could check my tire the psi was low. They said they could it would be a while so I waited. They ended up taking it right in and checking it, It had a screw in it. Great customer service.

Our 2003 Tahoe overheated on I-75 and our road service towed it to Precision Tune. They got the vehicle in and was able to repair it the next day, replacing the radiator. Chuck, the manager, kept us informed about the estimated time and costs, and the vehicle was delivered on time and we were able to resume our journey. Precision Tune and Chuck treated us well, and we were super pleased with the service and experience.

I had my car towed to the shop and they were very professional. Very efficient and explained with the problem was before just going in there and fixing it. The guy also tried to charge us as less as he could. If, God forbid, something happens to my car again I will return to precision auto.

I got the premium oil change on Friday and today, Sunday, my car is telling me I need to change my engine oil soon and is registering that theres no oil in my car. Also my fluids WERE NOT topped off like the oil change description states. Ive NEVER had trouble like this when getting an oil change from this location.

Had a oil change and ask them to check the starter and was told that it was starting to go bad but wouldnt worry about it now. Well barely made it home. Had to have it towed back and they put a starter on it in the tune of almost $400! Thought that was very high especially after what I went thru! Will only use them for oil changes from now on. Or maybe not at all

They didn't fix my car at all but told me it was fixed! When I drove off 5 mins later it started overheating again got stuck on side of the rode they told me they couldn't help cause they was about to close than come to find out they didn't even drive it to make sure they did fix the problem been without a car now for 2 weeks
