Arrived with a bad engine. After buying a new engine, new thermostat housing, new water pump, and new radiator. I left still needing a new engine. This is not to say they aren't knowledgeable but they are nowhere close to thorough. Shop manager get has terrible attitude and is unprofessional.

I took my vehicle to this location to get a diagnosis for the check engine light. They determined the issue, supposedly fixed the issue, and I paid for the repairs.($892). Immediately after leaving the shop, the check engine light came back on. I returned, they held my vehicle an additional 2 days and determined I needed an additional $1892 worth of repairs.

There was nothing I did not like about my service, I was happy about the customer service it was excellent. I gave four stars because I had to bring my car back because it was leaking oil. Something just needed to be tighten up. The staff apologized, and I was a happy camper.

I didn't like I was charged full price for alignment after being told my cv axle and bothe upper control arms need replacing.. Also the struts need repairing also so How were they able to perform a full alignment? Also there wasn't a chart showing alignment before and after alignments..

I took my vehicle in on a Saturday and although it was busy they diagnosed my vehicle before they coffee closed. They had my vehicle fixed within two business days and the repair was inexpensive. Good customer service and good quality work. My vehicle runs like new.

The workers at this repair shop are the BEST! After diagnosing the problem and ordering necessary parts, they let me know the job could not be completed that day. The mechanic put my car back together and asked me to come back the next day to finish. The next afternoon I returned and the job was then completed. I appreciated the straightforward information and service provided here.

I told the mechanics what my car was doing and they said that the problem was that I needed a tire rotation and balance. They did what was recommended and they said everything was good but when I got in my car and drive away the same problem I had when I came in was the same problem I left with. So they basically took my money and did a job that what not needed.

I felt that the service was very poor I kept my car for a day and a half for minor repair and it's my opinion that the mechanic cracked my radiator but chose to say came in that way after I have given this vehicle for 3 years with no issues straight from Tennessee this was very upsetting to me I will never go to a Precision Tune that particular position to never again

My service was great the service providers very knowledgeable in the services need for my car and the young Manger very helpful and knows his job well my apologies I forgot his name the only problem I have is that they forgot to to close my hood properly I thank God I didn't have an accident (hood could have few up at certain speed)

I have been going to this location since moving back to Georgia in 2019. They are honest. I thought my front end was out of line and all that was wrong was that my tired needed balancing. I brought my car in for brake service and the brakes needed no servicing. Both times I could have been charged a nice sum and was not. I will continue to patronize this business.

This my second visit for an oil change everyone is so polite. Shelby always greets everyone when entering the facility. She is always so pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest.
