Unfortunately still at Precision Tune Auto Care. Car is still not running and Mechanic can't figure out what is going on. Gave another chance even after Previous customers were not satisfied. Very disappointing and inconvenienced being that it's my only transportation to get babygirl back and forth to school. Missing days because I can't get her there.

I am very pleased with the work done on my car. I went in asking for one thing, and after the explaining and teaching from Manager Shawn, what I thought was the problem, turned out to be something different. I have now found a car repair shop, that will explain, show under the hood the problem to me, an older woman, that I can trust. Even showed me the damaged part that they replaced. These guys are Great. Clean waiting area, Great technicians that are experienced in auto repair, pleasant, thoughtful young men.and Shawn was Very thoughtful, patient and interested in actually teaching/showing me about my car. Now when friends,family and neighbors ask me about car repairs, I'll tell them to come to PRECISION on Lem Turner Rd. The honest repair people.
