It was a good experience but I got charged in full and didn't get my discount when it said on the paper that it included what I went in for and then it broke down on me the same day I got it fixed then I had to call a tow truck the same day in the middle of the night and come in the next day to get it looked at and fixed but other then that I got a refund and everything went smooth from there so it wasn't so bad.

I went in for just an oil change and it took over an hour to get my car back. They told me my car was ready at the end, and it took another 20 minutes to get the keys. They didnt tell me that they were doing a diagnostic on my vehicle. This did not go well with me when I had an appointment in another city.

Went in for an inspection and was failed unless I consented to quite a bit of work when I was in just a few weeks prior and was told there were no issues. Other parts were accidentally broken off while doing the work, resulting in an even higher bill rather than the shop covering their mistake. Ended up taking longer than originally told and had very slow communication from Precision regarding the numerous issues that arose.

Surprisingly They were able to give me a Cheaper quote then Local competitors on 4 new tires by $140 and 10,000 more miles on the set then pricing at several locations including Discount Tire . The manager Angie worked hard to find a great tire and a coupon . Its certainly nice to have someone look out for a deal vs overpricing which seems to still take place at many shops !

Took over 2 hrs to get my oil changed with only one car getting a tire rotation and oil change in front of my car! Service tech was walking around and eating most of that 2 hrs! Once I ask the person at the service desk my car was taken in 5 mins later and oil changed within 10 mins of that!

The shop in Hillsborough Street in Raleigh lacks in customer service. The shop on colonades way in Cary at least has decent customer service. Case in point: don't patronize your customers or talk to them like they are stupid. A little bit of good manners, honesty, and integrity go a long way. Try it.

The staff was polite and responsive to the inquiries of clients especially Seen. It was a full day when I had my car servicef for oil change so, I have to wait for almost three hours to get it done. They were not able to do tire rotation and alignment for my Volvo since they do not have the appropriate tire lock key for one of the tires on my Volvo.

Fast and efficient service! I called up a day before to set a time for the evap canister purge valve to be replacement. Brought the car to the shop an gour after they opened the shop and waited for the repair to be done! Got the job done fairly quick, my only thing is when your doing multiple cars, wash your hands and get any oil or grease off your hands arms shoes before getting into another car, there was grease, oil on my middle console on the door foot rest, and that shouldnt be, you should do better then this
