They inspected my truck and found faults that did not let it pass the state inspection. Quoted me around 950 something to fix it all to pass which is pretty crazy. The gentleman upfront was good help. But I'll be fixing the issues myself and going to another shop.

Excellent in and out tire replacement. The frontline worker put down the wrong appointment date. He thought it was Friday, August 8, when we had agreed on the 6th. I showed him the automatic reminder I received the evening prior for the 6th. Despite only having one mechanic, they got me in and out in two hours.

I love the people here. And they have reasonable prices. They fit me in and did a great job quickly figuring out and correcting what was wrong with my car. But I removed two stars because my car was returned with another problem that it didn't have prior and over the phone they said diagnostics would be $75. So I need to make a special trip back to get that problem addressed.

Didn't listen to us we scheduled the service appointment. Didn't call the number I told them to reach us at. Then tried to upcharge us saying it wasn't a bad light bulb in the tail light, but the whole $400 tail light assembly needed to be swapped out. Prices are good and it is a convenient location, the upcharge game is no joke here.

Over 4 hours for a oil change and Radiator flush. I would strongly advise avoiding this service location. They tried to avoid me using store coupons and were generally less than forthcoming on service fees. There are no prices for anything posted. Bottom line...go anywhere else.

I have all routine service done as the Ft. Myer Precision Tune. This was the second time I have had major work done there and, once again, they went the extra mile, staying late to finish the job so I would not have to come back the next day. I have always found them to be courteous and helpful with competitive pricing and willing to stand behind their work. I would definitely recommend them.

SCAM. I had just had my car inspected. The guy told me I needed new brake pads, but specifically said the rotors were just fine. This auto care sold my husband NEW rotors along with the brake pads! They had told me $300 on the phone. AND they told me they'd match prices, which I had taken in a $159 coupon from another auto place. They refused to honor the coupon AND charged me $530! I was scammed.

They did not call my office phone number left for POC, therefore I didn't find out that there was more extensive service needed, and took the car home without accomplishing any meaningful work. Had to bring it back next time in town (today) and leave it for the entire day. Not completed today - had to hitch a ride home, will have to hitch a ride back tomorrow to pick it up - if ready.

Tires were very low in air after rotation my lights were blinking. Returned to have rectified and Edgar Guandique rudely said it was the weather. Sure tire was 4 PSI low because the weather and its not even cold. NO problem before they rotated. He was VERY rude and didnt want to fix. Told me it would be better around noon. Hes ALWAYS rude. The manager Levi is ALWAYS professional!!

-Had electronic coupon which front desk refused to honor on grounds of it not being printed, when that was not specified on the coupon.
-They reported to Carfax afterward that the miles on my car was 10,000 miles different than what it actually is.

There was a little miscommunication about the battery I ordered at store opening - 730am and when I came to pick it up and install at 300pm. The battery had been returned to the distributor. Fortunately they called and were able to get it back and install. I was able to leave at 6pm, but missed my window for meetings later that day.

They performed a state safety inspection and recommended what used to be called a tune up which included replacing the spark plugs. Parts and labor were over $400. I can do it myself for less than $70.00, its as simple as changing the oil- just need a spark plug wrench!

Service was efficient and he provided me with recommendations on additional services my vehicle required. They even looked for coupons to help bring the cost down. Only reason not a 5 star is the headlight restoration only lasted three days; however will bring my truck here again.
