Took car to this shop for a diagnostic for warranty work. Shop charge $181.00 for a computer diagnostic. This Auto shop will take your money and leave you still needed to go somewhere else.

Horrible experience. Tried to force authorization of repairs that were not needed and refused to go through Max Care warranty. Upon moving to Christian Brothers automotive they went entirely through warranty and confirmed that the required $300 "tune up" from precision tune that "cannot" go through warranty was a lie. Blatant scammers and highly disrespectful. All my interactions were with Micheal. Avoid this shop at all costs.

The gentleman who serviced my vehicle was very friendly and personable. Although it had been several months, almost a year since I had been there, he told me that he remembered me. He had only been back on the job two days He replaced incorrect screws under my car that had been placed there previously by another service person. He was very professional and I felt that I could trust him to do the right thing for my vehicle.

I thought this would be servicing the car including checking all fluids, the brakes and changing the oil. The young man was only going to change the oil. I think he checked some of the fluids and he put air in the tires. He did change the oil and filter but I felt $65. was expensive. It was difficult to communicate with him.

I was hoping for a lower expense than the dealership oil changes and had planned to answer emails in the waiting room during the service. Instead, I was swiftly pointed to the "express lane" for the service while I waited in my car. 30 minutes (of wasted time) or so later, and an equal expense to the dealership later, I was on my way again. Not sure I'll be back this time, even though we have been loyal Precision customers for years.
