We are familiar with this customer and yes, she has been coming to this location for many years and we greatly appreciate her patronage. In response to these comments, this customer has been getting discounts on Full Synthetic oil changes for $25.00 each time when I am at the desk and in this case, I wasn't therefore, she wasn't given that amount as a discount because I (Manager) was busy in an interview and the cashier billed her out at the full amount minus $10.00. This customer also wanted her tires rotated in which we mentioned to her that all the tires were in bad shape and could not be rotated but, needed replacing. She also requested her check engine light be removed (not the change oil light) and was told that it would need to be scanned in which we do that for free in some cases. I regret that i wasn't able to handle this situation myself but, I think my employees did exactly what they were trained to do and in this case, the customer is always welcome here to receive professional assistance in all ways needed. The owner of the precision oil change in Forestdale charged me 54 dollars for a brake inspection. I refused to pay over 800 dollars for brakes and rotors. He tried to bring it down to 450 claiming he found a online coupon. When I refused service he charged me the 54 dollars. DO NOT GO TO THIS PRECISION LOCATION. HE WILL OVER CHARGE FEMALES AND TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE. I AM OUTRAGED.

The original estimate for that vehicle was 589.00 plus tax for parts and labor . We are doing a special for 399.00 plus tax for that type of vehicle which would have brought the total to 462.00 with tax and fees. This was offered and explained to this customer and she didnt even have a discount coupon but was offered the special anyway. The customer initially mentioned she wanted the service done but changed her mind after ordering parts and braking down the brake system for application (in which she was not charged for labor $120.00). She then mentioned that she changed her mind and didnt want the service done so the braking area was put back together and yes, she was charged for a brake inspection. There was a labor charge of $120.00 that she wasnt charged. I believe we did more than enough to accompany this this customer but, some people change there minds and doing so before the work begins would be very helpful to service shops. This offer was obviously not an attempt to take advantage of women but, offer a great service for a great price.

However he asked me what I needed done and I informed him a oil change and he said leave your keys in the car and he took care of me himself. I will continue to go to Forestdale for my auto needs.

I would recommend anyone to use Precision tune auto care. Very good service. The staff was very professional, courteous. There was not a long wait time considering the repairs I had to get done. And most of all the parts and labor were very reasonable. Thank you.

I'm not pleased at all. I just recently learned that when I brought my vehicle in to be serviced for a leak in my water pump, in the process they damaged my thermostat/Houser. And prior to coming in for my oil change my water reservoir was empty they could have checked on that during the oil change. Very very disappointed, considering the business that I have given Precision Tune.

Got next axles and front n back brakes but they tore up my steering system while doing axles. Gonna cost me 1,800 dollars to fix their mess up. Manager was very arrogant and didn't care. Tried lying about recalls on parts to cover up his damage. Never ever in life willi go back. I was affected by the Corona so I don't have that kind of money to pay for his mistakes. I will not recommend their service to anyone!!!

Car started running rough and stalling, took it back the guy test drove it and said he ran it hard down the street, the issue cleared up but its still running a little rough. Taking it to my mechanic. Seems like precision is the only place I been to where when I leave my car doesn't run the same afterwards. I'll just stick with Express Oil. Never had a issue with them. (Funny how I can't leave 1 star)

Took car in for check engine light on and engine skipping. Was told that car needed a complete tune up for $900 After work done they took for 2 different test drives and after each I heard them say it was doing the same thing. When they said it was done I specifically asked if the check engine light was on and he said no. I left store and hadn't got out of parking lot far when check engine light came on...car doing exactly what it was doing when I drove up. I had to have car towed to Mazda dealer and found out that it was fuel injection system. The guys at Precision Tune were in over their heads but instead of admitting that from the beginning they decided to mislead me at a cost of $900. Terrible experience!

This customer came in for an engine light issue and accepted a vehicle scan service. It was determined that the vehicle was experiencing misfires on 2 cylinders which was an indication of possible needed tune up. After asking the customer when did they recall having a tune up done last or since she had the vehicle, she replied that she had not to her knowledge. We suggested a complete tune consisting of spark plugs as well as ignition coil replacements on all 4 cylinders for proper performance as a start to attempt to remedy her misfiring issue. During the service the customer was shown the old parts from the vehicle in which were in very bad shape indicating a needed replacement. After the service was completed, the vehicle still performed poorly due to a code of misfire on cylinder 2. After doing a diagnostic on the vehicle once again, it was determined the issue was not the ignition coils or the tune up. The customer was informed that it may have major performance issues and was suggested the vehicle be taken to the manufacturer or nearest dealership for performance diagnostic. This company prides itself on customer satisfaction and if there is something that can not be repaired, we suggest stronger services be done by the manufacturer.,
