Matt took us in with no hesitation and assured us that his service staff could do the job. He was very informative and let us know what was going on with the service being done. What I did not enjoy was the long wait for the work to be complete. It took 18 days. I realize Precision is not a Lexus dealer so I will take that into consideration.

Excellent service, excellent crew working at Precision. It is so relieving to do business with these people, no matter what the circumstances are with my car!! They are able to schedule an appointment while I wait, and even offer a vehicle for my use if I should need it! That's practically unheard of these days! I feel like a member of the family.

Precision Automotive took care of our car's annual inspection, installed new tires, and did some troubleshooting on some electrical issues within a day. The timing was very important to us, because our daughter was in town with the car from attending college out of state and was only here for a day. Precision Automotive was able to complete everything to our satisfaction and in a timely fashion.
