I don't drive a lot, and it's so refreshing that Jimmy never recommends anything the car doesn't need. I usually wait for my car, and it's always ready when promised. No excuses. I had some preventative maintenance done. Precision Auto is always efficient, and professional. They are very accommodating and reasonable in their pricing and I never feel pressured to do anything regarding my vehicle repair. They always explain what they feel needs to be taken care of and then let me decide what I want to have done. I love Precision Auto Care.

I always receive excellent service and a reasonable charge on my credit card at this auto shop. It's closer than any dealer and much cheaper to have the same work done here. Just to cite a example, when I brought in my car for service I mentioned that I was missing a valve cap and asked if they had one. They did not. When I picked up my vehicle there was a new cap on the tire and three extra ones in a package. .

My car started making a crazy noise and I took it to the dealer ship and they gave me the run a round. Came to Predision and they where very busy. The staff was so pleasant. I don't remember thr gentlemen that went the extra mile to fit my car in for that day. Thanks to the whole staff my car is running well and I got my vehicle back in about 3 hours later.

Qualified mechanics who knew what they were doing. They did the timely repairs of my car. They honestly tried to really fix it. They tried to work within the established time frame and at the end they delivered what they promised. The price was quite steep. They tried to inflate it a bit but at the end, once they understood that I knew some things about cars, they stopped trying to increase the price for the labor and services.

I always get great service from precision. I often ask them to check on certain things like suspension, brakes or transmission noise. Fortunately, they usually find that my concerns are unfounded instead of looking for opportunities to charge me more money.

Horrible experience. They don't keep their promises. I chose them based on a clear commitment to do a quick extra check I needed. The boss later overrode the person who said yes, refused to honor the commitment, lied about how complicated it was, dodged responsibility, got hostile and screamed at me. He and his staff even started name calling and making threats. I am not exaggerating. In the end I did it myself in less than 15 minutes with a 10mm wrench and I'm a gal who knows NOTHING about cars.
