The service advisor was not attentive and I do not feel that I received full information. He forgot to print the diagnostic report, plus I additionaly had to ask him to print/send me a report about a part needed a replacement plus photos (he said he send, but I did not get it). The report has nothing describing the detail condition expect that it is crit, so I do not understand if basic things like play range etc was checked and this is really critical to change it now.
