The car seems to be fixed with no issues, but they stripped a bolt then charged me to fix. Then charged me dealer prices for there mistake and for total repair. I could have gotten car back as I was told but there mistake that I paid for made me receive car a day later.

I was provided a choice of a significant undertaking versus a simple non-standard means to complete the task for extracting the key from the ignition. The OEM approach would have been very expensive with the majority of such accessing the part via the shift console. With 179K miles on the vehicle the suggested solution is working great!

Pretty disappointed with my service. I had my front end aligned a couple months ago. When the alignment was done this time they told me they would have to use a torch to get my truck in alignment. Either this was not necessary and they were trying to scam me or they didn't do the original alignment correctly and charged me for it. Will NOT be going back here, do not trust them. Sad.

Wonderful Experience! I drove up when they opened and brought them my torn tire. They ordered a replacement that was in by noon, and I returned 30 minutes before they closed and they had it mounted and ready to install. 10 minutes after they started I was driving away with my new tire installed.
