If you own a diesel truck, Powerflo Diesel is the best place to take your truck to. Honest and reasonable. Saved us a couple thousand dollars when one Ford dealership in Dallas wouldn't honor something under warranty. They went above and beyond and drove our truck over to Bob Tomes Ford in McKinney and they took care of the issue.

There's not another shop we'd take our truck too. They have been amazing over the years! They have saved us thousands of dollars by getting the dealership to cover items that should have been covered under factory warranty, but Planet Ford in Dallas said they would not cover. Powerflo contacted Toomes in McKinney and they squared it all away! Powerflo drove our truck over to Toomes and it saved us a couple thousand dollars! Very blessed to have found such an amazing business! I would recommend anyone with a diesel vehicle to use them.

Powerflo is a company of integrity and going that extra mile for the customer. They've saved us when a dealer in Dallas didn't want to fix something under warranty (it would have costs about $2600). They were able to get the local dealership to complete the task bc they knew exactly what it was and have a great relationship with Toomes. Powerflo knew the codes that popped up were under warranty and they dropped our truck off at Toomes for us. Very thankful for their expertise in all areas. They communicate well with customers at every step of the process.
