The salesman i had an appointment with, did not show. Another young man helped us. I told them the price was too high and my trade in b too low. Ended up with a 3 year newer Odyssey and 2 trim levels higher for 2k more. Plus got 3500 more trade in. Disappointed.

Car was in after a new engine replacement because it was overheating. No trouble found. But they didn't check the AC. Frustrated with this service you would think they would.have checked it too to see if it was the cause of the issue. The up side is they didn't charge me the $195 to not find any trouble.

It was absolutely terrible from beginning to end!!! would not recommend these people to anyone!! They are dirty salesman and do not care about the person. A lot of hidden agendas a lot of broken things they never discussed until you drive it off the lot all about the money not the customer they not only did this to my father, but my son as well they will no longer have any of our business!!

A good experience all around. As I had just installed LED bulbs in both hi and low beam I requested that they adjust the aim. They took me into the service bay and showed me that both beams were right on. As I had approved a $50 fee for adjustment I was pleasantly surprised when they didn't charge me for the adjustment. I would have been none the wiser. Such honesty is much appreciated. They even washed my automobile.

Terrible, that's it. I called the number given, did speak to someone who didn't know what I was talking about, put me on hold and the call went away. I got an automated email from someone wanting to interest me in new cars with all kinds of financing options. Not one word about the car I saw and really wanted.
