Way too expensive. If it wasn't I felt a emergency (I was going home from work and the dealership was the closest on my way) I would of taken it somewhere else. The prices of the parts were 4 to 5 times more then they are from a parts store and they are basically the same parts. The service member trys and gives you a quilt trip if you don't get it done there.

Very satisfied with their service and prices are comparable if not less than the dealerships. Waiting time depending on what your having done seems to be a lot less. So yes I would recommend Power Automative as my local repair shop to go.

Customer came in with a Transmission problem. We do not compare ourselves to dealerships We do twice as much as inspections we do the job right Just an example a customer came to Our repair shop And we checked their transmission fluid it looked Old We told the customer of this and they said they just had it changed at the dealer I ask can you bring in the bill please so I can look at it. And when the customer did I look at that bill It was cheaper than I was going to charge for the next page
