I appreciated the honesty and the fact that they got on our repair the same day we brought the vehicle in. The valve cover gasket repair was a bit expensive, but I think that's just industry-wide inflation for this kind of labor expertise. I appreciated that they did their best to keep costs down. So far the new gaskets seem to be performing well.

Customer for over 15 years and will continue to be so. No cheaper than a dealership but always the estimates have been accurate with no surprises at the end of the day. Never have needed to bring vehicle back to have any work or repairs corrected. Not a fancy place but my autos along with myself have been lucky to find a competent and honest business.

They were polite and got my car fixed quickly, and I appreciate that. My only issue is the pricing. I was charged $400 for a part that costs about $75 on Amazon, which felt excessive. A heads-up about the markup would have gone a long way.

Always a great experience at Poway auto. Brakes on a modern car, unfortunately 9 times out of ten, rotors cannot be turned and require replacement. Replacement parts spot on when looking at doing the work myself and labor fee very good. Glad to have them in Poway.

I brought my truck because the AC was only cooling down to 65 degrees. They ended removing my Freon charge and said that I had a leak in my AC compressor.
I rented a vacuum from Autozone and placed a leak detector. I did not find any leak. I charged the system and it is still working to this date.

They are expert and caring. They check things I dont specify to make sure the car is in good shape, and if there is no issue despite my manic Check Engine light, they tell me theres nothing that needs fixing. I just called for advice about taking my car into freezing night temperatures, and they remembered me, knew my car, and assured me Id be fine. They have my back. They will continue to have my business.
