We were traveling and had some mechanical issues. Potranco Automotive was able to get us in the next day with the work completed the same day. Took in to repair a/c among other things. The a/c does not cool properly after repair. We called to have it brought back in but it has to sit a day before they will get to it. It's crazy! I paid what they asked, yet it was not repaired properly and now I am on a back burner for them to fix their mistake.

Potranco Automotive has been my go for auto repairs since late 2023. This week 6/23/2025. I needed a front end alignment (I thought) Potranco said by my description getting my tires balanced would be enough. So I compromised and did both. I don't know which one fixed the problem but the ride was as smooth as glass. They have always taken care of my vehicles needs. Oh and they provide me with a ride home and pick me up!
