Work was done on schedule and efficiently. Staff was professional and friendly. Communication was clear, complete, timely and what I needed to make appropriate decisions. What I will say is that the prices are high which is causing me to research other services for the recommended work to be done.

I liked how flexible they were in rescheduling me and I always like the free coffee and snacks available in their customer waiting area. The service managers (intake folks that keep you updated and check you out once finished) are all top notch and professional, but my fave is Melissa. I also appreciate how I'm able to pick and choose the service or services I'd like completed during each visit.

I like you fit me in the schedule out of the blue. But you lied about some repairs needed. For example. The tech said I needed brakes and rotors on the front. Well I to am a mechanic. On much larger vehicles so when I got home and checked they were fine. Great actually. They were at about 85%. So either your techs aren't as good as they claim or they lied to me.

There was nothing or person that I didn't like about this Dealership. They were not pushing for the sale. They did everything they could do to make the sale and up front about everything. JR was great and Finance Thompson was great. This is a great Family ran Dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I will give them ********** stars. I like the fact that the problem that happened to my car was fix at no cost to me because the tech that installed my engine didn't double check all my bolts and one fell out and I took my car back and the technician that did it had to put it back in I am very happy but I do not like that he forgot to tighten my bolts on my engine and and one fell out just please check your work please because this could have been bad

I don't think my tires were rotated. I didn't get a sticker to tell me when the next oil change is due. Every time I come for service it's always an excuse about being behind. Makes not confident that all care is put into my vehicle. I have free services for 2 year with a brand new vehicle. I was not happy with all the expenses that they attempted to sell me. I thought a check of the vehicle came with my complimentary services.
