staffs are very polite and courteous. Immediate feedback on the progress of repair was excellent. I wish there was a place inside the facility where I could get light meal (such as sandwich, soft drinks). I had to walk about 0.7 mile to McDonald's to grab a meal.

"I had a great experience with Arya. She was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to properly look into my car and was ultimately able to identify the issue, which I really appreciated. While I'm not satisfied with the dealership overall, I want to specifically recognize Arya for her excellent service and professionalism. She did an amazing job.

The lady who received me was very helpful and explained everything very well to me. The technician or technicians who checked my car did an excellent job. They have a waiting area where they offer you coffee in addition to a gym in case you want to attend. The gentleman with whom I made the purchase of the car was also very helpful.

My car is still under warranty, yet I was charged for an evaporator repair. I was given a phone number to request reimbursement, but I haven't been able to reach anyone. I find it unacceptable that, despite being under warranty, I had to pay upfront and now struggle to recover my money.
