I bought my tundra from Jim Norton. Toyota. The salesman was superior but the maintenance shop is the worse one I have ever dealt with. Almost to the point where I didn't want anything to do with Toyota's and I've had different Toyota for years and loved them. I decided to try Post Oaks. I've only worked with one service advisor (Morgan) and he has turned me back into a Toyota fan.

If you have to break down half way across the country this is the place to head for. Can't say enough. Morgan was wonderful in finding the part we needed and getting us back on the road in good time. He went over and above to help in many ways.

I liked that I was in and out in 30 mins at my appointment time. I don't love that I got an email asking for approval of additional maintenance after I had already left, but I'll let it slide since it was for windshield wipers and an alignment that will get done on the next appointment.

Always a fan of this shop. Recently did not oil the ring on the filter, but they did address this problem and everything has been great. I also love the service that morgan offers here. 10/10 skills. They also offer a free Uber service, complete game changer.

Excessive charges, didn't clean up after oil change, didn't even fill the washer reservoir, and charged for 7 quarts of oil when it only takes 6.2. I have photographic proof of their lack of giving a darn about their services.Just poor service all around.

Had some inappropriate things recorded/said on my dash cam, overcharged & have requested communication with "Morgan" for 2 days. Complaints have been filed with BBB, Toyota & the Attorney General.
This was my second time giving them "another chance" (lots of issues with the service dept & getting warranty issues addressed), but I'll be going back to Fowler in Norman after this visit.

The service provided was good however, I took my truck in for a recall to be corrected. The service person told me the part were in back order and had been for three weeks. I made the appointment 5 days before the service. I was told the person el making the appointments was unaware of the shortage of parts.
COMMUNICATION is key to success. How can you expect to be good when not everyone is on the same page.

The place was very clean and they share great customer service very friendly. They had a coffee machine that was excellent. I look forward to going back because my car is running as smooth as it was as the day I bought it. I drove my car from California and it was running rough! Not anymore. Took a little longer than expected, all services were completed in a day and a half. Communication was good throughout, will continue using Post Oak service center for all Tacoma maintenance.
