$244 for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous! jack's Chevy in Saco would have been $150. I was first customer that day, and you did not have time to wash my car, as I waited 1hr25 minutes for this service. Not good!

120K Service, Mounted Snow Tires, and New Volvo Battery. This 16 year old car runs and drives like new because it has been serviced exclusively at Portland Volvo. Whether it's a quick round trip to New York or a tough winter storm, I still don't worry my old Volvo is going to let me down because these professionals know my car and have kept it current.

Definitely the best place to go for service on your Volvo in the New England area. The staff is very friendly and honest and take care of the customer. They don't try to sell you with work your vehicle doesn't need. When your vehicle is being service they inspect very carefully and make sure it doesn't need anything. I am very happy with them and look forward to coming back to them.

Service to replace air bag was excellent however unfortunately the parking assist sensor, which was working when the vehicle arrived for service, was not working when vehicle was picked up. When I brought that to the attention of service dept I was advised that, after checking with technician, that had no impact on air bag replacement.

If you've ever been to a spa getaway, that's what this felt like. I didn't have to get out of my car. Somebody opened the garage door for me and I drove in onto a spotless, tile floor. It's winter! My foyer's not that clean! Check in was easy. Waiting area was comfortable. Done when they said it would be. Great experience!

I had a charge on my bill they couldnt tell me what it was for, they didnt put my mileage in or out, and while they had my car, they were supposed to look at a recall and never did and then on top of that they said they would contact me when they figured out the problem and after 4 hours of never hearing from them I finally called them. I'm really hoping the next time I bring my car there the service is alot better

It is hard for me to decide which is more reliable, my Volvo, or the service it receives from the professionals at Portland Volvo. I can't say enough about these folks and the level of care they take with my car and their new facility has brought the attention to detail to a new level. These are the reasons why I continue to bring my 14 year old Volvo back to Portland Volvo for all of its service needs.

Because a heavy rain/snow/wind storm was expected, I was very concerned about another leak inside the car at the drivers side floor area. Though no loaner cars were readily available on short notice, Portland Volvo found a way to give me a loaner immediately so they could address the situation. Thank you for great personal service! Drove north an hour to test drive, car was very dirty, old bird excrement on several spots on exterior, gas tank empty light on entire time, made a cash offer, walked away and they lost the cash for $500 difference, now I noticed the have raised the asking price by $255, the car still sits there!

For whatever reason ( perhaps many miles ago the coolant tank was improperly placed) the bleeder hose was leaking. This part is not stocked. I brought the car in late Tuesday and my car was ready Thursday at noon! Very impressive- parts are delivered overnight - good to know.
