I bought 4 Michelin Defenders. The next day the front tire on the passenger side deflated. I called Ms Underwood and a professional gentleman came to my place of employment and replaced the air stem. They go above and beyond to remedy the problem. Kudos to Porter Tires Staff.

It was really good. They mounted and balanced my new tires within 30 minutes and I don't have an appointment. They were pretty busy when I got to the store too! The only issue I had was when I tried to use my CFNA credit card to pay the cost ,which by the way, wasn't bad either! Overall a good visit. Porter's has a breast reputation!

Went in for nitrogen in my tires, they was low when I test drove my new car. So nitrogen was my best bet.. ports tire was on my way home from work and they were busy, thought I would be sitting there for a while.. but NO they took my information and with in 15 minutes they was done.. that was awesome.. and a friendly staff.. I would recommend they and if I need any tires or anything I will definitely be back..

My wife took her car there for service and brakes. They told her the brakes were ok. They are not! Porters put new brakes on the car and they are grabbing, vibrating, and are dangerous at speed. I will take it somewhere else and get it fixed. I can't take a chance on Porter's again!

Bought all new tires with warranty. About a month or two ago. However the driver side front tire has been leaking from the week one. Took the car in for this 2nd time to fix the problem and they charge me to fix it. I bought new tires so I should get non faulty tires plus the time it takes to be back and forth to fix it. Anyway left feeling they have a shady business practice.
