I purchased my 2022 "Baby Bronco" at Porter Ford and have had all it's service done there as well, at least 7 oil changes, a recall update and a leaking coolant pump. I was disappointed that the pump needed replaced at only 40K miles but that's not Porter Fords fault, they had it fix and back to me 2 days earlier than projected. Signed in, enjoyed a coffee, and thirty minutes later the service advisor came out with an update and a thumbs up, and I was back on the road before lunch. From the initial purchase of my vehicle, to my most recent visit to Porter Ford, the customer care and service that I have received has been exceptional.

When I first reached out to Porter the service department was not going to pick up my car and drop off a loaner because it was 2 miles outside of their radius. I reached out to the GM and he told me that they were going to pick up the car on the 13th of August. No one came to pick up the car, sent an email to the GM and Casey Seiple reached out she said that they were going to be out today to pick up the car and drop off the loaner.

Quick install, was done right and fair price. I normally buy tires from a tire dealer, but the price was fair* and I get my regular service done at Porter. Just make sure you get free lifetime rotation* with their install service. Says so on the Ford Tire Center website and Porter, but service advisor did not know that.

I can in to have tire rotation done. And also replace the cover in the wheel cover. The wheel cover had to be ordered. Waiting for it to come in. The tire rotation was quick.
