I had an appointment for an oil change at 10 a.m. and it took 3 hours. My
previous oil change on 2/8/2025 cost $354.44 and this oil change cost $$470.44
a 33% increase. I received a summary of requested service needed and
a section stated I needed Brake Pads and Rotors, front and rear need replacement at my next service. My understanding is this is not something that
is done with $31,224 miles on a vehicle.

Always great service from Porsche of Jackson. Full service and multi-point inspection with video, and replaced a leaking coolant reservoir. Car was ready the next morning. Ben took great care of everything and the parts department put new batteries in my key fobs at no charge.

Cost of front brake job. The Service coordinator was excellent. He provided a detailed explanation of the brake replacement service. Although he explained in detail. I never experienced a brake-job that the rotors must be changed as part of the job.

I left the dealership and my tires had four different pressures, none of which were the recommended setting. I called back and was told that the technician who serviced my vehicle insisted he checked the tires. Clearly, he did not, which makes me wonder what else he "checked." Will not return to, and do not recommend, this dealership for service.

They changed both back tires, but didn't reset the the tire pressure control sensor. So it is not reading the tire pressures.
I called to make them aware that someone would be by early to pick up car. Service guy said all it needed was washing. When the person got there the car had not been washed yet.

Did not do a good job on multipoint inspection , tires were low on air , oils level was not full, washer fluid was not topped off , did not collect oil sample as asked . Failed to tell me I need new tires .
Pretty bad experience , I will say it is the first time its been this bad

Customer service could not have been any better! It was the first time I had used this dealership and they showed me around, offered coffee, water, and other things to drink, along with a wonderful array of snacks. Very courteous service advisors and employees, but did not have the requested loaner car and I was not informed until I got to the shop. They did provide me with a ride. I requested an oil change, but they also changed out the cabin filter without informing me first (an extra $250).

Left door speaker rattle was not addressed and THEREFORE still rattles. Two left door handles have cracks in them, outside. Reported when buying the vehicle, and, last visit last month. Suggest, get door handles, get them painted and put them on before warranty runs out. Replace left front door speaker. Thank you all.

Overall, the service dept. at POJ is awesome. My most recent visit was for a routine oil change that resulted in sending me off with a check engin light, that I reported the same day. The light came back on after my hour drive home. As a result I had to take it back to the dealership for a repair that took 2 days and my radar detector went missing.
