Clean establishment and friendly staff. However, my experience with service consultant Leslie Dement fell a bit short. She wasn't proactive in checking my active warranty, and it only came up after I mentioned it myself.
It turned out I did have an active warranty, which ended up saving me about $4,000. Given the amount involved, I was surprised it hadn't been reviewed at the start. When I asked her about it, she explained that she had simply failed to look at the warranty and acknowledged that it was her mistake.

Interactions are great. Facility and techs are top notch. Management, however, is gouging the heck out of you. The markups on parts are astronomical. For my most recent maintenance, my parts were quoted marked up between 50 to 400 percent depending on the part. At the end of the day, the parts quote was 100% greater than if I'd bought the OEM parts myself from a supplier (see pelicanparts.com or others, who are themselves charing a markup). Labor markup, fine, I get the dealer is going to take advantage. Parts, it's insulting to rip off the customer that much. This was my last service with Indigo / Chesterfield / St Louis Porsche.
