I wanted to get a tail light problem fixed and the
Tech did an inspection which determined a clogged sunroof drain was must likely the cause. Almost $500.00 for the diagnosis, but still no working tail light. Another $1K to replace a module that got damaged because of the drain issue to get the issue fixed. Very expensive for a not to difficult repair.

Outstanding. The service department is the best. They check the entire vehicle. Then they email me the results of the exam. They only recommend whats necessary. The work is completed in an efficient manner. I also get a loaner. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your Porsche needs.

We are super happy with Porsche of North Houston based upon this repair and otherwise (we have 3 Porsches of varying age). One caveat to perfection here is that the repair took over a week because it was waiting in their queue. They did let me know it would take that long and they were super nice and professional. They also paid for the Uber Black I used to pick up the car. All in -- great experience.
