Porsche of New Orleans charged me twice for the same repair only weeks after each other. They say they honor their work but they charge you for every single item being used. I'm to the point where I feel if you bring your car in, they will add to it and charge you for it. I know about cars and some of the things that they come up with doesn't add up sometimes.

Prompt, courteous, excellent, professional auto service. The new dealership is state of the art. Large glass windows at waiting room into spotless garage allow viewing of my car being serviced. All amenities in showroom are 1st class. Car wash after service was outstanding too.

07/31/2026 update regarding the newly named Porsche New Orleans: In the last several weeks, I've had two major service sets performed. 1. Service set: I had to have my water pump replaced under Porsche's gracious 10 year extended warranty and the coolant system flushed and vacuum evacuated and refilled. I had my clutch/brake hydraulic fluid replaced. I had my air filter replaced. 2. Service Set: Two or three weeks later I had my rear tires replaced with new Pirelli P zeros and road Force balanced. All the service was performed perfectly. The car is operating flawlessly. The balance on the tires is superb. They treated my car with kid gloves and caused no damage. The service technician and seevice representative both treated me kindly and kept me updated on these lengthy services. I purchased this car from them 10 years ago in 2016 and I've always been blissfully happy with everything they do and I can recommend them with no reservations.

I needed my 2017 991.2 water pump replaced (with associated complex coolant drain and refill) under extended warranty from Porsche. Additionally, I needed and purchased two new Pirelli P Zero tires with balance, brake and clutch fluid replacement, spark plug set replacement, and air filter replacement. My technician Ken and my service advisor Adam Cooper (and his colleagues) performed al of their duties perfectly. My car was returned to me in pristine condition. This place is exceptionally good!

I wouldn't even give them a 1 but no choice. They did not do what they said. Didn't even touch it! Did the 10,000. Point inspection which was already done in July, and charged me approximately $1,400.00, something I notice is a number they like to charge? What they claim they did on top of what I can see they did not touch, was basically, an oil change? I will be writing them a letter including a photo then never go back there again. I wonder how many others are being duped? Once home, stupid, wish I had opened it while still there, I looked under the hood and it was not touched, I was shocked! I had rat damage and we spoke several times about them cleaning it ensuring to get the urine smell out, then ordering Hondas pepper tape and fixing my chewed and exposed wires then wrapping them with the tape. Well it was full of feces and urine, not cleaned, no fixing exposed wires or pepper tape? Lied to my face! I bought my car there too!
