I do want to say I was very unhappy with having to wait for 40 minutes before I walked up to say what is going on to the front desk. I had an appointment and nobody came to handle my car even though they grabbed my key and such. Yes they were busy but still. Once I called it out, they were very noce.

Terrible experience. I spoke with 3 different people. Ellie, Matin, and AJ stopped all contact with me after I told them I am preapproved. They all wanted me to do dealer financing and were very adamant about it. I do not recommend.

Not as good as I thought, went for a glass replacement, they said that it will be done the next day, I came in Monday at 8:00 AM. Expecting to be done Tuesday but did not happen. I get t the car back Friday. They did not give me a loaner, no Inspection Report was given, and got the car dirty with a lot of glue left on the dashboard, finger prints all over. Maybe Ill try a different dealership next time.

They accommodated a "emergency drop in" situation since I was going out of town and needed to have my roof and cowl drains cleared of whatever had caused my Cayenne to leak during the recent heavy rains. In the space of a couple of hours the mission was accomplished and at a nice customer discount because of my PCA membership and longstanding loyalty. Bravo!
