Porsche Fairfield's service is exceptional. Diligent, thorough and precise to the level you would expect for a race-tuned and capable automobile. I was starting to stop enjoying the brand before we switched to Fairfield because of other service department's lack of care. Let alone Porsche parent's lack of parts inventory management - always a 4-6 week delay for lack of parts availability - seriously annoying for a premium car and a seeming disregard by Porsche parent for their long-standing and loyal customers, whose loyalty can also be lost. But I when I pick up our cars from Fairfield, I can now start to expect that the car should drive "like new." So, I'm beginning to enjoy the driving experience again.
