Has to be one of the worst dealerships in the country. The car sat there for a month and absolutely nothing was done. They have to be making money off the loaner car and don't really care. I went on vacation for two weeks and finally got a call back after two months and of course they hey could not verify two concerns. Lol

Went for one tire change, and nothing was getting done for my car for 2.5 hours, because both service advisors (one who had to leave early, and one who took over) did not pay attention to my file.
My time is as precious as yours.

it took 3 hours to do basic maintenance for a car well kept, in addition the car was washed but interior was not vacuumed. Finally, the removed the rear seated window sun screens but never put them back on the window.
