DTLA Porsche is exceptional at their service delivery. Initially it was my key-fob that wasn't being recognized by my vehicle, but when they showed up for vehicle pick up it was working. Go figure! Regardless the checked it out. It's working without any issues. In addition to this issue there was a recall I didn't know about which was also attended to. Greatly appreciate all of Jose's care in attention in servicing my vehicle.
