Downtown Porsche Service is hands down the best and most reliable and trustworthy Porsche service center. I've been to South Bay Porsche and I'll travel the extra distance because my car is in great hands with Vicki and Jose! They're both very nice people too!

This service shop is top tier. You are welcomed and treated like you are truly valued as a customer of Porche. From the service manager to the staff that check you in or check you out. You are always their main focus. Being a Porche owner and the privilege of having the service team from DTLA Porche is a remarkable experience. The new location with all the technology and upgrades helps the experience as well. Porche Service Dtla is #1

I cannot recommend the team at Porsche Downtown LA enough. I can show up there without an appointment and they'll have me in a Porsche loaner vehicle and on my way in 15 minutes. No other dealership experience compares! And just wait till you see the incredible facility as well.

by 2025 PORSCHE BOXSTER S Owner on 02/09/2026Verified Service
Personable, professional, and mindful of my time. I dropped my car off and they had a loaner ready and waiting. Then kept me up-to-date and had my car ready for me within the same day (weekday). Pick up was equally easy. Signed a few forms and I was on my way.

The price is great but take a little bit more time to delievry my vehicle when they promised to delivery soon. And Jazmine is nice but I asked her when the last time my car changed the oil and she said she would let me know but she never reply me back. I am lind of dissapoint it.

Problems with top going down and back up, first attempted.Currently at Porsche Asheville for diagnostic. More to follow. Expect resolution even though sold without warranty for pre existing condition on $300,000 purchase.
