ON a random drop by, they fixed the issue I was having - sent me videos of what they needed to do and why, etc. Did it, and I am set to go. The service rep, Ronald, was amazing in his communication, and it was just a great experience overall. I have a few of these cars and usually use an Indy shop. I think this has changed my mind.
