Technician / service agent didn't realize Poquet was storing our tires and rims. Once they swapped out tires, they put the winter tires in the car instead of keeping them and storing. Nora had to go back in and inform them that you store the tires and rims. It just added time to the service that was avoidable and things just didn't go a smoothly as we have become accustomed too when getting this vehicle serviced. Thanks!
