Don't think I received the discount that the rep indicated they would apply. Giving the benefit of the doubt that they just forgot.
I was there for quite a long time, even though there didn't seem to be any other cars ahead of me. May have been shorthanded due to the prediction of bad weather coming.

Very disappointing. We've been long-time customers and came in with a simple slow leak from a small nail in the tread (not the sidewall). They insisted that the tire was "unrepairable" and they would only sell me a new tire. I've experienced this kind of "upselling" from the big tire-chain stores but was very disappointed to see Pope Davis resorting the same tactics. Have they too been bought out by "Private Equity"? Quite a shame.

Pleasant n knowledgeable service staff. Appreciate the timely calls to update me after the diagnostic tests were completed to offer either high end or less expensive part. I had previously from another mechanic used a less expensive part n it didn't last hoping this part does. I've been a customer for many years n will continue to do so!
