In a timely period, the service was completed and directed to the check out window. Again, I was greeted by a welcoming voice. My car was parked in a convenient space for easy departure.

Had a recent 6.2 liter engine replacement on a 2022 GMC Yukon Denali. They literally forgot to put all the parts back on my vehicle. Had I not noticed a missing air intake duct, the engine probably would have failed again. The breakdown occurred in New Jersey near their dealership so I was stuck with them. Ask the tow truck driver to drive your broken vehicle somewhere else! Wish carfax had a choice for zero stars.

lost all the good customer service. They are no longer able to complete the work with quality. This is probably the last GMC we will buy from them. The workmanship is failing, the quality of parts is horrible and trying to get a part that has been ordered is ridiculous. We are totally disappointed with this place

The dealership got back to me in a timely manner to discuss the corvette. However, it wasnt until I started asking questions that I got a complete picture. Windshield had to be replaced and there were deep scratches that had to be repaired. None of this was disclosed, which leads me to question what else arent they telling me?
