Service good-
Downsides-the waiting area gets smaller and more uncomfortable each time I go for service( plus side, I have only needed prescribed maintenance in the 5+ years I have owned my Nissan Kicks). Also, missed getting a visit review-just a communication error. (I chose to read it over myself)

I was able to get the service work done on my car, as well as, a recall notice satisfied. My advisor was very quick to greet me and to get the work started on my car. I received emails with videos so I always knew what work had been done on my car. I had a good experience at Pohanka Nissan of Salisbury.

Very nice visit to have a cabin filter installed. It only took a few minutes and they decided not to charge me. I was very surprised and pleased. Elizabeth and Jared were too very friendly and courteous employees I dealt with.
I will be back for all my service needs.

Very nice people but took a long time and about 5 hours after ending the new cabin filter fell out as wasn't securely installed. I was able to put it back in (took about 2 minutes) with no issues since but the quick install made me wonder why the labor charge for the cabin filter was $40.

I was grossly misquoted how long my service was going to take over the phone.
It took nearly three hours which resulted in me missing a very important appointment later that morning.
We had to ask multiple times how much longer it would take and were told, "Oh, he is doing paperwork."
Why does paperwork take over an hour?

I had an 11:00 am appointment although I told the service advisor about the appointment I got treated like if I was a drive-in and I didn't leave there until around 4:00 p.m. because the mechanic had said my vehicle was ready but when I started the engine it was vibrating and I had to return the keys so the problem can be corrected. Other than that their service is always been good

So took my truck weeks ago having issues did what was asked that still didn't work and was advised you came across another issue and now wanted to charge me parts and labor another $620 for a part that cost between $80~$150 and decided to pursue the installation so a very not pleased. Also when they reprogrammed the Mass Air Flow Sensor was to be flashed (which they did not do) and that sent over the top also.

They had my car for 3 days. When I tried to get an update I was put on hold, messaging was insufficient, never received a call back. It was like the service personal was poorly trained and didn't understand customer service.
When I did get my car back there wa still an issue that wsn't repaired.
I did speak witha new service manager, hopefully he can turn this situation around

Poor service department.
Would not recommend. My wipers passed the 21 point inspection according to the technician, but obviously needed to be replaced. Went back to get them put on. Had to inquire about their dress code as 1 employee was not appropriately dressed. Spoke with both managers.
