It was a very busy day at Pohanka and I came from a distance and had to wait for the service in the waiting area. I was originally warned that I had about a 4 to 5 wait. I said okay as it was the only day I had. Miguel new I came from afar and was able to figure out how to get my car worked on in a much quicker time which I appreciated immensely.

They are thorough and communicate extremely well through every step of the process. They also video the inspection they do prior to service estimates and before work so that you can see what they are recommending and why to have confidence they are not just adding stuff in for the expense if it. Great people and great work.

Took about as long as I expected. Had a couple of extra things I needed beyond what I went in for - mostly things I'd been putting off. Cost a little more than I wanted to pay but Bradley worked with me to get a few discounts to bring it down. Waiting area is clean and has coffee. Overall fairly satisfactory service location.

My initial complaint was my heater was working. The shop had my car for over 2 months and still my car is not making heat, after being told it is working properly now. I drove my car for 30+ minutes with temp set to 90 degrees and nothing but cold air. I was charged $1000+ dollars for just this repair. I want my money refunded for this repair. Now, I am questioning if any of the repairs was completed as they stated.

Hyundai of Fredericksburg is awesome! I needed a service and tires ASAP before a trip next week. They had no spots available on Saturday, but told me to drop my car off at 6 am and they'd take care of me. They put new tires on and did my oil change even though they were super busy. I highly recommend them!
