Had vehicle towed in for a new tire. Should have put the spare on and then dropped off the damaged tire, but that's on me. You were busy and I have a Loaner vehicle. Everything moved along well and I had a nice experience there. I would recommend this service shop (But not on Mondays).

This is a good service place. I usually never have an appointment and they can always take me. The waiting area is big and they have nice chairs and work spaces. All the service advisors are good and this time I met the gentleman who worked on my car and was told I can request him again which makes me happy to have the same guy who knows my car.

I went in for a State safety inspection and was told that My model had a review camera SW recall which the service dept fixed. I did not get the recall notice in the mail till a few days after the service was done. It saved me a trip back to the dealership just to get the recall done. I like the proactive service.

Spent 3 hours waiting on first service (5K) of our new NX, and I had to go to counter to ask the support team if the car was ready? They logged in and said yes, we were just about to contact you. Thenthe couldn't find my car. Someone had parked it in the overflow parking area and it took them about 30 minutes to find it and drive it to the service center. Probably spent 1.5 hours or more longer than I should have.

the suv was having poor mile pre gallons, dropping from 26.6 mpg to 24.4 mpg. Service Manager suggested the 120K service. What was found was a leaking valve cover gasket. Changed the valve cover gasket, spark plug sleeves and spark plugs and the rest of 120K service. performance has come back, gas mileage will too once the BG flush is out of tank.

Service is not up to the mark. Not delivered the car at time. Took 2 weeks to fix rim and tires. Reaching out service advisor is always a pain. Price was different for the Rim what initially quoted. Labor is too expensive. Looks like 200-300 per hour. Good thing is Store manager gave me some discount. Not even close to BMW service experience.

When we got the car back, the brake light was broken and now they are refusing to take responsibility and are being very rude. They have a video of the car coming in and it was not broken. The car is new and has less than 2000 miles. I don't know what to do now. This is devastating. Would not recommend them.

It was our first visit to the service place since we purchase our new Lexus in January of this year and it was a bit confusing first as to whom to go to or/and to give the key to etc. since there was no appointment needed for the service and no one seemed to be around helping as everyone seemed to be busy not noticing us, but in the end, we got helped and it was a good experience.

We received the mail about recall and made an appointment through the phone call. They sent the email and text about the appointment. When we get there, they said they are not ready. They didn't even say sorry. We wasted Sunday morning. It is absolutely absurd.

Luigi and his team were professional and service oriented! One of the tires was loosing pressure , found that there was a nail, they called the warranty insurance , changed the tire on a timely basis. The waiting room was clean, quiet and spacious.
