Pohanka Acura has taken care of my very well on my last two visits, both predicated by an issue. Nick helped out in Dec / Steve K this time... had an issue covered by warranty and they do the best they can to ensure I was able to meet my life demands with a loaner and provided feedback when able to get my vehicle upa nd running again. I have decided that, as long as I buy another Acura, it will be from Pohanka. THank you.

Leo was helpfuil and friendly. He recommended the rear diff which I thought was done so he pulled up the CARFAX and we could see that it wasn't. I like that we can look for my service all in one place. I LOVE that I received a video from my technician showing the car while it was up and he was explaining what was being done and the conditions of his inspection.

The staff is always courteous and the facility is comfortable. I'm always given my wait time when I drop my vehicle off. I received a video about my vehicle inspection and service which I found to be very helpful. Text messages are sent during the service.

They were open off hours and v attentive to my emergent need, including getting me a loaner car quickly and updating me of the issue. In the end, the problem was due to another dealers mistake in a recall repair and they fixed it quickly and cost effectively. Made a NOT good situation slightly better and have earned my business moving forward

Brook was an amazing service advisor. He took the time to explain what needed to be done (oil change and new tires), and I couldn't have asked for better treatment. I don't have the lady's name that was my cashier, but she made the loaner car process simple and was just a pleasure to work with. They earned have earned a lifelong customer!

Repaired my door lock actuator and door lock wiring harness. I provided my own parts. Got a loaner car with no issues. Other than the wrong mileage being entered in carfax no other issues. Update: I had to go back and have exterior door handle secured.
