The service advisor was knowledgeable and patient. He understood my concern and assured me prompt service. The shuttle was out with other customers so the dealership secured an Uber ride for me, that was above the normal accommodations from any dealership I've been too. Hats off to Poe Toyota.

Was met immediately upon arrival, but was told that a service representative would be there shortly. 20-30 minutes later was when I was actually checked in while waiting in a car in triple digit temperatures. Other than that, everything else went relatively smoothly. They sent updates on the truck despite them being extremely busy. Service desk weren't too friendly, but were brief and straight to the point.

My wife owns a Subaru and whenever I take it to be serviced, they waters, snacks and fruit. This about the only dealer that doesn't offer these items. I've been to other dealerships and they offer these items as well. Toyota vehicles are not cheap. I believe if you car for customers you go beyond to make them happy. Service was great just not as friendly as other dealerships

Always attended by friendly and caring staff and hosted in a clean inviting waiting area. No services have ever been skipped however, twice they have failed to reset my car to reflect the service causing my "maintenance required" light to come on. But it is impossible for anyone to be perfect (least of all me). Thank you for a great job. You have my confidence.

Went in for a free oil change and when I arived I was informed that there was a recall that neither Toyota or the dealer had notified me about it so since I was already there I told the Service Adviser to go ahead and do it and I would wait. Six hours later my vehicle was ready and I was never given any updates by the Service Adviser. Service from the two Toyota Dealers is about the same in our area and neither is very good.

I've never had a bad experience but the last two time I've gone my truck is done and it sits there for and hour or more and no one calls me to get it. Both times I've had to go up and ask for it, I like going to poetoyota I've been going for 15 years but this keeps happening

The Service team seems very unhappy which makes them rude to customers. After turning over my vehicle, I watched them take two breaks, eat burritos, and gather in groups to socialize. After my four-hour oil change, they parked the car and took another hour to let me know that the service was complete.

Inattentive advisor. Nearly double the expected time to complete a tire installation. Complete lack of information from advisor. Then they installed the wrong tire. Things sometimes take longer than expected. Mistakes can happen. But the staff showed absolutely no concern for the customer.
