Great experience. Bought a relatively low-mileage 2003 SL 500. On the second day I used it the hard-top would not go down. I called the dealer and despite the fact I bought as is the dealer arranged for a mechanic from a third party shop to fix the car. He then told me he he would pay for the repair. Class act.if I ever need/want to buy a car I would go back there in a second!!!

I had several discussions and a face time video of the car. I was told it was fully serviced and everything checked out great. The car was shipped to me and it's beautiful. I did discover, however, that it overheats right away, the washer vessel is cracked so all fluid drains out, the front hood is misaligned and there is something hanging down from underneath. I'm bringing to mechanic this week to make repairs. I love the car but very disappointed that these things weren't accurately described or disclosed to me. Hopefully there isn't anything else that is uncovered and I can just enjoy this gorgeous car.

I had an appointment to review and potentially purchase the LS 430 Lexus. I arrived and the guys who greeted me acted unaware about my Appointment . This was baffling since I had driven 500+ miles. The guys brought the car out for me to see and it had not been detailed as I was told it would be upon my arrival. I surmise this was not their fault since they had no knowledge. Lastly, the dealer's advertisement made it appear that even withe age of the vehicle, it was in showcase condition with no flaws. The car had a couple of Scratches on it that the guys touched up but stood out. After driving about 100miles I had to pull into a tire company to have the tires inflated to their proper pressure point. I feel that since I had an appointment and was not a walk-in, the vehicle should have been ready for pick up and already detailed.
