Not good. Got vehicle home and all dummy light s came on. Took back to dealer, they reset codes. Took vehicle home, next time I drove it, all dummy lights come on. In 7 days of ownership, it was with me 3 days. Parts are on order and then back to shop. We are not impressed, but on their behave, we bought a Honda from a Ford dealership. Should have bought from a Honda dealer.

Joni, The Honda went through our shop and passed all inspections. It was sold to you without lights on. We understand that purchasing a used car can be frustrating at times when issues come up after purchase, but we did fix those issues for you at no cost to you. We had no responsibility to do so but felt it would be the right thing to do on your behalf. We strive to sell cars in the best shape, but they are man-made products and sometimes have issues. This is why we offer extended service contracts in the finance office because we want our customers to be covered for the lifetime of their owning the vehicle. We hope that after we fixed your vehicle, it is treating you well with no issues.

Brian, in the parts department was great to work with. He let me know the ins and outs of what potentially could happen to be sure I understood, and agreed, before doing the work. I did, and the tech brought my truck to me, thankfully working properly. It was just programming a new key, but it could have gone wrong. Im happy!
