They kept my car for three months and did not work on it and charge me $2000. They tried to tell me it was fixed three times but it definitely was not and I kept bringing it back. I had to take pictures to prove that there was no work done. I filed the case and got my money back. It's not a dealership. It's a swindlership.

Brought car in. Paid for 2 hours of work, they said everything was fine even after I told them that multiple problems were present. I brought the car back a week later with the issues still present. They worked $2000+ worth on car and returned it. I asked for a 2 hour credit from the week before and the guy credited me one hour. I think it's not the best dealership. If you can do elsewhere, do it.

PVille Ford has the best service dept in the entire tri-state area! Always prompt, explains the service and when something needs to be done. Time as promised and Courteous service! My ONLY complaint is when I cant be w/o my car it get a ride, sadly, that this is the only dealer w/o loaner cars!

Officially, I can't rate my service because my car is still not fixed. It has been about 1.5 months. They still have my car, they have charged me over $2,000 I am beginning to think this is a scam dealership. I am waiting for them to call me to pick up my car, assuming they have fixed the issues, and I imagine they are going to want an additional $$$$. Originally brought my car in, they worked for 2 hours and said "nothing wrong" I brought it back 4 days later, they held it for a month and charged me over $2,000 and the car was STILL not repaired (throttle body damaged). They have the car back again and the tech I spoke to said he "knew and knows exactly what the issue is, but I can't just fix it, I have a ton of other cars in front of you, so I don't know when it will be done." If you know the issue, then fix it. Don't tell me it's fixed when it's not and then tell me again that you know the issue, but can't fix it now. I would avoid this dealership UNLESS you are an enterprise customer. They seem to have relationships with rental agencies and the County and local police, who are their teir 1 customers. Anyone with an f-150 or Escape or lower is a low tier customer and they will treat you like dirt.
