Plaza and their team took great care of me! They fit me in for an oil change, and while doing so, they performed a general inspection which led to them finding a mouse nest that had recently been made under my engine cover! They cleaned that out for me and gave me some great ideas on how to prevent this from happening again. The services were very affordable and the customer service was fantastic!

We were having an issue with our AC, and Trevor and team at Plaza Tire 7878 Mexico, were able to find an O-ring that was bad and replaced it, saving us from having further issues. They also identified the roaring in the back to a bad Wheel bearing. Appreciate their expertise, professionalism and service. Great shop!

What I like most about this location is that I feel I can trust them. Hard to find in this day and age. Have been going here for 25 years, sometimes not real happy with what needs to be done but feel honestly they are being honest and fair with me. Not the easiest thing to find in this day and age and I have always been happy with the quality of their work

Not a happy customer. Got a alignment in February of 2025 to extend my tires life. They checked the car and tires wear. No problems. Now inside edges are showing cords. Had it realigned, they found alignment was out. No car problems found. Now I need tires, asked for some help with cost of replacing tires. Declined to help. The total mileage driven is about 6-7000 miles. Help!
